By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night, Present indications are for increasing notlierly winds, changing to westerlies, the weather becoming cloudy and unsettled, with rain following, especially on the West Coast and southern districts. The barometer is falling everywhere for a storm area that is probably passing on the Tasman Sea.
