GERM DISEASES. When you have a bad. cold, culture beds that favor the development of germs form in the throat. That is why a child is more likely to contract diphtheria or scarlet fever when he lias a cold. Pneumonia is also a germ disease and is contracted in a similar manner. The longer the cold hangs on the greater the danger. Chamberlain's Cough Remedy, being an expectorant, cleans out these culture beds, and in that way prevents pneumonia and other germ diseases.
