POUND DROWNED. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Timani, Last Night. The body of a man, much decomposed, was found among the rubble of the north wall of the harbor this afternoon. It was fully dressed, excepting a coat. In the pockets were three pound notes and two watches. There wen; no markings on the clothing leaving a direct cine to identity. A few weeks ago~a man named Houlihan, of Tomuka, left a swag at the railway station, and has not since called for it, and from some points about the clothing deceased is supposed to be the owner of the swag. Another suggestion is that it may be the body of a man who was drowned in the Waitaki River some weeks ago,
