WITHDRAWAL OF ENEMY TROOPS. FROM NEAR GREEK FRONTIER. Received Marcli 9, 8.10 p.m. London, March 9. From Athens Mr. Donohoe reports that the German-Bulgarian army has been ordered to be in readiness for departure from its present front. The division at Rustchuk ha* left for the French front. The Bulgarian Government has instructed its troops to withdraw from the neutral Grcece-Bulgar zone. GREECE AND ROUMANIA. ADOPT A WARLIKE ATTITUDE. Times and Sydney Sun Services. London, March S. A Central News correspondent at Rome says the newspapers are emphasising Greece's changed attitude to Bulgaria. She is threatening war if the Bulgarian soldiers cross tlie frontier. Roumanians rejection of the intimidatory demands of Austria and Germany, the removal of troops to the Austrian ftontier. and the mobilisation of naturalised Roumanians are hopeful indications in the Balkans. TURKISH PRIESTS DEMAND PEACE. Times and Sydney Sun Services. Constantinople, March S. Priests in the mosques are denouncing Enver and Germany, and urging •peace. Djemal Pasha and General von Sander have refused to command the Armenian army, whose condition is shocking. The Mussulman priests are agitating, and the Sheik-ul-lslain threatens to resign unless peace is sought.
