I"' GERMANS CONCENTRATING. BULGARS IN BUN UNIFORMS. Reme, Feb. 15. The Athens correspondent of the Giornale d'ltalia says that 290,000 Germans are concentrating between Ghevgeli, Doiran and Strumnitza. Tie Athens correspondent of the Morning Post says that the forces at Doiran. include at least three of the best Bulgarian divisions wearing German uniforms, which were recently donned in Sofia.

There is growing discontent in Bulgaria owing to the dearries3 of food and to distrust of the Germans, whs are domineering. Several German submarines and two seaplanes are at Varna, where the dofences have been considerably strengthened. Altogether therfe are two' German divisions in Bulgaria. Germans have supervised the fortifications on the Roumanian frontiers
