RAID ON MILAN. SIX PERSONS KILLED. Romp, Fob. 14. Enemy aeroplanes bombed Milan, and were subjected to a hot fire by antiaircraft guns. Squadrons of Italian aeroplanes counter-attacked and the enemy fled. Six civilians were killed and some injured. The material damage was slight. WHAT IS NEEDED. LORD SYDENHAM'S VIEWS.
