'PURSUANT to the order of this lion--1 orable Court notice is hereby given that all creditors and other persons having any claims or demands upon or against the estate of the above-named deceased who died at Toko on or about the 9th day of June, WIS. and probate of whose will was, on the Bth day of September, 1015, in the Supreme Court of New Zealand, Taranaki district, granted to Elizabeth Inglis, of Toko, widow, Hid Thomas Neale, of the city of Nelson, Merchant, the executors named therein ARE HEREBY REQUIRED to send particulars in writing of such claims to the undersigned, the solicitors for the said executors, on or before the 14th day of March next, after which date the said executors will proceed to distribute the assets of the said deceased amongst the parties entitled thereto, having regard only to the claims of which they the said executors then have had notice; and that they will not be liable for the assets or any part thereof so distributed to any person or persons of whose claim they have not had notice at the time of distribution.
