FORECAST. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. The following is Mr. Bates' weather forecast:— President indications are for freshening northerly winds everywhere soon, with falling barometer, increasing haze and cloudiness with rain following in many parts of the Dominion.
