Niagara, from Sydney. THE CORINN'A. The Corinna leaves for Wellington today, and will proceed to southern ports instead of returning here. Slie will take all cargo for southern ports today. THE BARON CAWDOR. Advice has been received in Wellington stating that the Vacuum Oil Company's chartered steamer Baron Cawdor, which left New York on September 18 for New Zealand ports, was unable to negotiate the Panama Canal, and has consequently been diverted to the Cape of Good Hope route. The vessel left Panama on October 0, and is therefore not expected until towards tlie middle of December. Her first port of call in the Dominion is Auckland.

NORWEGIAN BARQUE SATOR. A Tecent Press Association message stated that the Norwegian barque Sator had been damaged by a collision with an iceberg while bound from Kaipara to Liverpool with a load of timber, and had put into Monte Video for repairs. The Sator arived at Lyttelton on March 24 last from Buselton (W.A.) with a cargo of jarrah. She sailed on June 1 for Kaipara, where she loaded a cargo of kauri for Liverpool, and sailed on August 27. She visited Lyttelton on two previous occasions, once in 1895, when she loaded wool under charter to the New Zealand Shipping Company, and also during the 'eighties. She is a fine old vessel, and when sailing under the British flag as the ship Earnock, of Belfast, she was a favorite passenger Bhip, and was used to a great extent in the Calcutta trade. She was sold about eight years ago to J. A. Henschien, of Lillesand (Norway). The Sator is au iron barque of 12'2<S tons gross, and was built in 1877 by Messrs Birrel, Stenbouse and Co., of Dumbarton,

The Shaw, Savill and Albion Company advise that the following vessels are fixed to leave Liverpool:— Pakeha, on October 31, for Australia; due in New Zealand about December 31. Delphic, on November 15, for Australia; due New Zealand about January 25. Zealandic, on November 30, for Australia; due New Zealand about January 31. Waimana, on December 17, for Australia; due in New Zealand about February 20.
