Scouts from the St Man's Vogeltowii, Central, Te Henui, and Whiteley Church corps were present the total strength being over lift v. flieir appearance was excellent, and drew merited praise from the Comm'.s'nner. The Scouts went through exercises In signalling, ambulance, knottins and bandaging, and the excellence of their work induced the commander to express appreciation of what he had seen, \ After the parade, Commissioner CosaroVe met the Scoutmasters of Taranaki at a private meeting.
