FORECAST. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. Present indications are for moderate south-easterly breezes, changing by east to northerly northward of New Plymouth and Napier, and moderate to strong and freshening northerly winds prevailing Shortly elsewhere. Expect fair to cloudy weather generally, but changeable and squally at times' in the southernmost districts. The barometer shows little movement at present.
