WAITOITOI DAIRY COMPANY.

STATUTORY MEETING. The statutory meeting of the Waitoitoi Dairy Company waß held yesterday, when the following directorate was elected:—Messrs J. F. Phillips (chairman), H. P. Corcoran, A. Smith, E. T. Bullet J. R. Sorenson, and A. E. Sorenson. It is expected that the factory, which is being erected near the junction of the Mimi and Pukearuhe Roadst will be ready to receive milk in about a month. The new company, which comprises about 15 suppliers, representing some 900 cows, is erecting a very commodious and up-to-date dual plant. The makingroom is of five vat capacity, but for the start probably only three vats will be used. Mr. A. D. Blick, of Stratford, is architect for the building, which is being erected by day labor under the supervision of Mr. J. Hale. Quite a lot of the ground work carried out by the suppliers ■themselves. Mr. W. Taylor, formerly of the Watea Dtviry Company, has been appointed manager, wliilst Mr. R. 11. Pepperell is secretary.
