CHOLERA SPREADING. Received 18, 4.10 p.m. Rome, October 17. Reports from the Austrian fron:ie» state that 'Cholera is rapidly spreading
in Galicia and Hungary. Ten thousand cases have been reported in Northern Hungary.
CALLING UP THE YOUTHS. Rome, October 16. Having called up all the men between the ages of 20 and 47 years, the Austrian Government is to-day summoning youths between 17 and 20 to provide a new army for a supreme effort against the | Russians in Galieia and the Servians on the Drina. 1
