NO BIDS FOP, DAIRY LAND. By Telegraph—Press Association. Dnnedin. Last Night. .Evidently the demand for land in Southern Hawkc's Bav has been appeased. To-day 000 acre's in the Teohu Estate, near tfor-sewood. consisting of six sections, ranging from 4] to 135 acres, were offered for sale by public auction, and failed to elicit *a bid, though ' the land is first-class dairying country.
