The Rarawa, being unable to cross tho Hamakau bar yesterday afternoon, is not due till late to-night or early tomorrow morning. HOME LINER AT WAITARA. The Waimate arrived' in the Waitara roadstead yesterday to load carg'o for Homo ports.
