It was decided to request tho general secretary to circularise all branches in the Dominion, urging them to place spir- , itual life of fane work first and make prayer and Bible study the chief object " of meetings, Communion to be the chief ' act of worship. It was further decided to recommend all branches to make sustained endeavors to go out and win men for Christ, either through missions or open-air services, or in any other way adapted to local needs, and also to urge encouragement of open-air preaching by clergymen and laymen on Saturday evenings and Sunday afternoons in busy centres.
