DEPRESS THE BOURSES. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright Received <i, 1 a.m. St. Petersburg, March 5. The Minister for Finance, in a statement, declares that German newspapers' alarmist rumors have caused extreme consternation on the Bourses. The rumors are absolutely devoid of foundation.
