Mr. Fisher promised a'deputation re representation on the Lyttclton Harbor Board that lie would recommend Cabinet lo appoint a commissioner to enquire into the whole matter and report. He. added that the Covernment would act on the report, and stated that the conditions governing the electiou of representatives of the payers of harbor dues will be altered.
