CONSTRUCTION OF DREADNOUGHTS. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright. Vienna, June 20. The Lower House of the Reiehsrath has unanimously asked the Government to disband the Reservists on the southem frontier. The Admiralty is asking the Delegations in the autumn to vote the construction of a new division of Dreadnoughts, in substitution for vessels of the antiquated Monarch class. The construction of the new vessels will begin early in 1914, eighteen months sooner than was expected.
