The Neue Freie Presse's Sofia corre--1 spondent states that Bulgaria will not «nd a representative to St. Petersburg. Bulgaria will wait five days longer, and if by then Servia has not-acquiesced to arbitration on the basis of the treaty the situation will be extremely critical. AN' ELEVENTH-HOUR COMPROMISE.
