Byles, M.P., has given notice that he will ask Colonel Seely, Secretary for War, on Monday, whether boys are being prosecuted in New Zealand at the rate of 200 a week for breaches of the conscription law; also whether, owing to the conscription movement in Britain, he will issue a statement as to how it is working in the Dominions.
