SENSATIONAL EXPERIENCE.

BIPLANE IN FAMES. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright. Received 27, 11.30 p.m. London, May 27. Pizey, with a fellow passenger, ascended at Salisbury for 1200 feet in a Bristol biplane. The inlet valve broke, and flames darted out and caught the carburetter. Prizey switched off the petrol and commenced a steep and exciting volplane. The front seat was so hot that he was compelled to stand on it. He made a splendid landing, and both jumped out. A minute afterwards the tank exploded, wrecking the biplane.
