A THEATRE DISPUTE.

A dispute over the ownership and actii.g rights of Baron Henri Rothschiiu s coming play, "Croesus," led to lively scenes in the Garrick Theatre. Hansen, an American, obtained an interim injunction claiming the sole rights and that he was the employer of Arthur Bourchier. Hansen forcibly ejected Bourchier's staff, but Bourchier, after securing the discharge of the injunction, invaded the theatre and evicted the Hansenites. Chairs were used as weapons, and several were injured on each side. Hansen was arrested for threatening Bourchier with violence.
