He is gradually getting down to rowing weight, and has found two outings daily unnecessary at present. Public interest in the training is j increasing. I McVilly. the Tasmanian sculler, is training for the Diamond Sculls. ARNST'S INTENTIONS. Sydney, May 17. Arnst will emerge from his ment, and is arranging a match for £2OO or, £3OO a side with Ilagney on the Paramatta River three months from the signing of articles, which will probably be signed to-day. He is also negotiating for a match with Paddon. Received 18, 5.5 p.m. Sydney, May 18. The articles for t!he Arnst-llagney race have not been signed, pending the fixing 1 of a date during the week.
