The Governor of Scutari, Admiral Barney, has signed the evacuation protocol, and the Montenegrin troops tare withdrawing. St. :Eeteraburg, May 111. An agreement between Rournania nnd Bulgaria has been signed. It gives Roumania Silistria, with the fortifications, and also an increase of territory on the frontier from Popina (on the Danube) to Kokardja, and thence to Cape Shabla. Salonika, May 10. The newspapers deplore .the evacuation, but approve .of King Nicholas's action, AUSTRIAN DEMANDS SATISFIED. Cettinje, May 9. The Government has satisfied Austria's demands regarding .the Roman Catholic! converts and the Father Angelus incident. Montenegro will erect a memorial to Father Angelus .and concede freedom to converts.
