The civil and military governors of Kiangsa liave telegraphed to the Cabinet accusing Yuan-Shi-Kal of authorisingmurder. The detailed documents show that Hung, the Premier's secretary, inspired Jung, a secret service man, to arrange for the murder. Yuan-Shi-Kai saw all the correspondence, and authorised the murder on March 17. Jung is now investigating murder. Jung's letters state that Sun-Yat-Sen and others were scheming to make Sung President. It is believed that Yuan-Shi-Kai is in grave danger from those seeking revenge for Sung's death.
