—— ♦. THE CLOSURE BILL. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright. Ottawa, April 24. The Closure Bill has passed its second reading in the House of Commons. The Conservative press hail the passage of the Closure Bill as the greatest of Mr. Borden's personal triumphs, and predict that the Xaval Bill is now certain to pass. It is understood that the Senate is not likely to attempt to kill the Xaval Bill.
