GERMANY - INTERVENES. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright. Received 16, 12.20 a.m. . Berlin, October 15. The North German Gazette states tkat it is intended to introduce a Bill to prevent the Standard Oil Corporation securing a monopoly of the German petroleum market. A German company is to be formed and granted a monopoly for lighting purposes. The Government will take four-fifths of the profit above the fixed limit, f<4r social objects.
