THE CENSURE DEBATE. THE ANTI-TRUST ACT. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright. Received 12, 9.40 p.m. Melbourne, July 12. Mr. Deakin's censure motion was negatived by 35 to 25. In the course of the debate, Mr. Hughes announced that the shipping companies had withdrawn their action for testing the Anti-Trust Act, arising out of the vend case, and had paid all fines and costs, totalling over £16,000. THE ADDRESS-IN-REPLY. Received 12, 11.30 p.m. Melbourne, July 12. The House adopted the Address-in-Reply and adjourned until Tuesday. Subsequently Mr. Bryce was entertained at Parliament House at a brilliant gathering.
