A SPANISH VICTORY. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright. Tangier, May 14. Several Spanish columns at Melilla succeeded, after a whole day's struggle, in capturing the neighboring heights. The enemy suffered many losses. The Spaniards lost a lieutenant and four men killed and twenty wounded, including two colonels.
