Mr. Mcßride, Premier of British Columbia, has secured a position for the State offices on a site twice the size of the Victorian site, with 56ft. frontage. Fifty thousand pounds will "be spent on the building. Mr. Mcßride is to see Mr. Borden, Premier of Canada, at Ottawa, and will strongly advocate Canada occupying the 6pace between the Gaiety Theatre and the Victorian offices.
