Investigation has disclosed that the accident which caused the death of the aviator Rogers was due to the body of a seagull catching the control wire during the flight and preventing Rogers working the planes. ANOTHER FATALITY. New York, May 14. Bay Wheeler, an amateur aviator, iras killed, and his companion. Glasser, fatally injured at St. Louis. The aeroplane dashed into the telegraph poles, in which it became entangled, and the machine became unmanageable in the gusty wind.
