TELLURIDES PROPRIETARY. The following is the mine manager's report for the week ending April 27: — i Gordon.—The level going north on tile course of Corbett's reef has been advanced five fetet during the week, the ore body at this point measuring five feet in thickness. The level going south on the same reef has been extended five feet for the week, there being six feet of ore showing in the face at this point. The hanging-wall section of the lode is poor in value, but the foot-wall portion on the south course assays £ll 6s 2d, and on the north course £9 Os lid. j Volunteer.—The uprise has been advanced a further distance of eight feet during the week, making a total of twelve feet from the back of the level. Water is now making in the eastern J end, and this may indicate a change.
