ELECTRIC LIGHT LOAN
CARRIED BY A BIG MAJORITY. There was only a small poll of ratepayers yesterday on the proposal to borrow -612,000 for electric light extension, but the ratepayers who took the trouble to vote showed in a most convincing fashion their faith in the progress of this municipal trading department.
