WHOLESALE CLUB.
VOLUNTARILY WOUND UP,

At a private meeting of the crcditerfl of the Wholesale Club, Limited, held today, a motion was agreed to affirming that creditors were in favor of the voluntary winding up of the Wholesale Club, Ltd., on the ground that delay would be avoided and expense saved by this course. The motion was carried, creditors representing £BOOO supporting it, as against creditors representing £2OOO oj*v posing it. The latter included the petitioning creditors "whose claims would be about £IOOO. Considerable discussion ensued regarding the appointment of liquidators, and the names of various public accountants were proposed and rejected in turn. The meeting eventually decided to recommend the chairman, Mr. 11. J. Marriner and Mr. Karl Joosten, public accountants, their remuneration not to exceed 2% per cent, on the amount of assets in the hands of (he official interim liquidators.
