As the steamer Hauroto was coming alongside the Glasgow wharf at about 6.30 this evening she ran into the end of the wharf, stem on, cutting through the lflft. timber bay and about four feet of the concrete wharf beyond it. The rent in the wharf is approximately 14 feet long and of the same width at the entrance. The damage to the wharf is considerable.
