AN APPEAL JUDGMENT. Wellington, Thursday. Delivering judgment in ve Collins, a case in the Appeal Court, Mr. Justice Edwards said that owing to the facts not being properly brought before the Chief Justice in the court below, he had not ordered certain interested parties to be served.
