SUPREME COURT.

HAMILTON SESSIONS. . : By Telegraph,—Press Association. Hamilton, Tuesday. The Supreme Court sittings opened this morning. In the case in which G. W. Long was charged with the attempted murder of Thomas Bond at Te Awamutu, interest was added to the case by Bond having disappeared suddenly. In charging the Grand Jury, His Honor said he did not think a stigma should K be attached to Long by making him stand a trial for attempted murder, as there did not appear to be a prima facie case. A charge of presenting firearms should be brought.
