The chairmakers have obtained a 25 per cent, increase of wages, and a protracted dispute has thus been ended.
DISCRIMINATION AGAINST RUSSIANS. Received 27, 10.10 p.m.' Tlic Hague, February 27. The authorities at Oldenzool allowed 300 Austrian* returning from New York freely to proceed, but stopped sixty Russians because the shipping agent declined to deposit £SOO security.
