Competitors for all events, excepting Nos. 4, 5, 7, 8, 11, 13, and 16, must have resided within the boundaries of the Clifton Football. District for at least three months prior to date of Sports. • Events 4, 5, 7, 8, 11, 13 and 16 are open. Nominations close with the secretaries on February 25; handicaps declared March 4. All events run under the Taranaki Caledonian and Athletic Association rules. Competitors for No. 12 must have resided within the boundaries formed by the Onacro river on the south and the Mimi and Mangamaeho river on tire north, for at .least three, months pripr to date of sports:' • A points prize for Nos. 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 11, 13, 15, 16 and 19 will be given, points to count 5, 3 and 1.
