Nevertheless the Canadian Ministers cordially acknowledged the Ambassador's help. A PRO-BRITISH DEMONSTRATION. MANITOBA AGAINST RECIPROCITY. Eeceived 25, 12.15 a.m. ' Ottawa, February 24. Following the hearing of a vote in the Manitoba Legislature, opposing reciprocity and demanding Imperial preference, the whole House sang the National Anthem.
