TO THROTTLE GAMBLING

The Premier, in an address to the Anti-Gambling League, said gambling was not confined to the racecourse. It existed in business life. They had a fine example of that on the Stock Exchange over the Bullfinch discovery. That sort of gambling had a right to be throttled as much as any other.
