The Regulus was expected to arrive here late last night from Westport with a cargo of coal. She will proceed with her discharging to-day. THE TAVIUNI. Westport, Yesterday. 'The Taviuni has been detained in port since Wednesday, owing to a wire rope becoming entangled in her propeller. The efforts of the diver to remove it or cut it failed. The propeller can work, the wire ibeing loosely coiled round the shaft, and the Taviuni has proceeded to Wellington to go on the slip. She is accompanied by the Pukalki.
