WEBSTER BEOS.' REPORT. Poultry.—Our pens were well filled on Saturday last with poultry of all classes. Laying ducks and laying hens were in very good demand. Prices as under:— Hena (old) Is 5d to Is Bd, good young and laying 2s 6d to 4s Id, pullets (young) Is 9d to Is lild, forward 2s 8d to 3s 9d, trio white Leghorns 9s, cockerels 2s to 2s lilld, p.b. brown Leghorns (Bolton's strain) 12s, Indian Runner drakes 2s 9d, p.b. !R!ouen ducks 5s 9d each, turfcey hens (extra prime) 7s 3d. Sundries and trees sold at usual rates. Meat—The usual meat came forward and found a ready sale. 'Ribs 3d to 3y 2 d, roasts 2V 2 d to 3d, sirlon 4d to i%d, rounds 4d to 4'/ad, cor iy 3 d to 2d, forequarters mutton 3d to 3y 2 d, loin 3d to; 3y 2 d, legs 4d to 4y 2 d. j Fruit.—This has ibeen in short supply. Furniture.—(On Tuesday last we held a very satisfactory sale on account of Mrs. David Laing at her residence, Gilbert street. The furniture was of a good class and satisfactory prices were obtained:
