Palmerston North, Last Nignt. At the Supreme 'Court totuiy, the divorce suit, Little v. Little auu i,ethbridge, was concluded. The addresses by counsel, and Mr. Justice Cooper's summing up, lasted all the morning, and the jury retired at 1.30 p.m.. 'mey returned shortly after 4.20 p.m. with a verdict that no adultery had been committed.- His Honour dismissed the petition, with costs on the lower scale.
