The Toronto Globe deprecates the idea of the Duke and Duchess of Connaught setting ujp anything like a Court which would be a social burden, if not a social curse. It recalls the fact fiat Princess Louise discouraged Court etiquette at Rideau Hall, the residence of the Governor-General.
