HEWITT'S PICTURES. Hewitt's' change of films drew a good audience at. the Theatre Royal last evening. The programme was easily one of the finest exhibited in. the theatre, being taried and long and without one uninteresting item. ''The Lion-Tamer" is a picture that is well worth the price of admission, showing a lion-tamer putting the lions and other animals through various performances'. An interesting dramatic story is woven around the lion tamer's life that gives the film added interest. An industrial subject that rivets the attention is ''A Tea Plantation," showing how a plantation is worked from the setting of the young plants to the packing of the dried tea ready for the market. The programme should have a popular run to-night and on Saturday night, and may with confidence be recommended to the public. «i ■ ■
