Morning prayer will be said in the church at 10 o'clock, and at 11 o'clock the Bishop will administer confirmation to a large Giumber of candidates of Loth scxe*s. Ho will also preach in St. Mary's at the evening service.

In the afternoon a most interesting service wilj be held in the church in connection with the unveiling of the I three new hatchim-nts. There are now | about 17 hatchment* erected in the church, the last three completing the j number -being those of the lloyal Engineers, the Ixoval Artillery, and the ' 12th Jtegiment. The whole of the hatchments liav x , been painted splendidly by the Yen. Archdeacon Walsh, and are highly creditable work* of art. Appropriately enough, the Archdeacon is to make the address on this occasion and will no doubt trace the history of this uai(|iie -display of hatchments in the church—unique ,iu th<. colonic* at least. The service will be largely the evening service of the Church of England, with jspecial prayers interpolated, aJ. /lor example, a special prayer of dedication read by the Bishop.
