OPPOSITION MEKTI.N'U AT PAL.VIEKSTON. By Telegraph,—Press Association. Palmerston A'., Lust Night. Messrs. Massey and J. AJlea addressed a crowded meeting at the Opera Himse to-night. The Leader of" the Opposition criticised tlie Oo.veniment on general lines, declaring it had ao policy of its ova, and condemned the Second Jkllot Hill, especially the "gag" clauses, and advocated election l>y proportional representation.
