McKellar and William Wilkie Mitchell, and the Land Board ot Otago, was called on in the Supreme Court this afternoon. This was •w application for mandamus and in-( junction in respect t 0 sections thrown open for settlement i„ the Otekaikc Estate North Otago. Mr. Hoskin, K.C., and Mr. C. U. White appeared for upphcanls, and Mr Solomon K.C. and Mr 1. h. Iv. Macassey for the Crown, Immediately the case was called, Mr Hoskin, KC, mentioned that acting on the 6 ggest.on o his Honor, the parties had igieed to refer the matter direct to the Court ot Appeal.
